Changes, cancellations and returns | FocusPod Canada
Contact us as soon as you need a change or notice a problem. This policy explains our commercial process; applicable Canadian consumer rights take precedence.
Before production starts
Write to sales@focuspodcanada.com with your order reference. Before production starts, you may cancel and receive a refund of all amounts paid, processed within 14 days or any shorter period required by law. We can usually change an unstarted configuration; we confirm the revised specification, price difference and timing in writing before proceeding.
After production has started
Changes may become impractical or involve additional work. For a voluntary cancellation after production starts, we itemise reasonable costs already incurred or committed for your order, less costs avoided and amounts recoverable through reuse or resale. A cancellation charge cannot exceed the order price and does not apply where the law gives you a right to cancel without charge. We do not treat the words “made to order” as removing your statutory rights.
Damage, missing parts and incorrect supply
Inspect the package count and visible condition at delivery. Note visible damage on the delivery record when possible and send photos, labels and a description promptly, preferably within seven days. Keep relevant packaging until the next step is agreed. We arrange repair, replacement or supply of missing/correct parts at our cost, or a refund where required. This reporting request does not remove rights for hidden defects or shorten statutory deadlines.
Returns and refunds
Contact us before shipping a pod or component so we can give the correct return address, packing and collection instructions. We pay reasonable return costs for our error or a covered fault. For an agreed voluntary return, any disassembly, collection and freight costs must be disclosed and accepted first. Refunds use the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed, within 14 days of the agreed refund or receipt of a required return, or sooner where the law requires. We do not charge a refund fee for our error or a covered fault.
Consumer cancellation rights
These terms add to your rights under applicable Canadian federal, provincial and territorial law. They do not waive or restrict a legal warranty, cancellation right, refund, remedy or right to bring a claim that cannot lawfully be excluded. For Québec consumers, legal warranties include fitness for normal use, reasonable durability and conformity with the description. A legal remedy may remain available after this commercial warranty ends.
