Duo measures 1,600 × 1,375 mm outside. Team is wider and shallower at 2,300 × 966 mm. Both are intended for two people, but their shapes suit different floor plans and furniture arrangements. Check chair movement, knee room and the door approach with your selected layout.
Meet accommodates up to four people; Max accommodates up to six. Capacity depends on the furniture arrangement. A screen, bags or a longer working session can change the space each person needs. Compare internal dimensions before choosing by seat count alone.
Decide where participants, camera, screen and power connections will sit. Standard ventilation draws air from the surrounding room; it is not air conditioning. Review cooling options, clearance and electrical requirements for the exact configuration.
Include fit-out disruption, access, services, furniture and future relocation in your comparison. A modular pod still requires a suitable floor, assembly space and a site review. Confirm building, accessibility and safety requirements with the people responsible for your premises.
Duo provides a 1,462 × 1,335 mm interior. Team provides a wider, shallower 2,162 × 926 mm interior. Start with the way two people sit, face each other and reach the table, then check knee room and the path to the door. For video meetings, include the camera angle, screen position and space for two open laptops. The same two-person capacity does not mean the layouts are interchangeable.
Meet has a 2,162 × 1,745 mm interior for layouts accommodating up to four people. Max has a 2,462 × 2,565 mm interior for up to six. Compare the selected table and seating with the work you will do: a short conversation needs a different arrangement from a meeting with laptops and shared materials. The furniture configuration determines usable capacity. Both models have a recorded 741 mm door passage; overall width alone does not establish accessible entry or circulation.
The pods arrive as modular components for assembly on site. Check the packed dimensions as well as the finished footprint: Max has two base crates, while Duo, Team and Meet each have one. Include separately packed furniture and cooling when planning the shipment. A goods lift, unloading equipment, booked receiving slot or upper-floor route can change the handling scope.
