Use the service address, not the pedestrian connection
For a downtown Calgary office, distinguish the building’s service entrance from its public lobby or Plus 15 connection. The City describes Plus 15 as a pedestrian skywalk network, with operating hours and possible closures; a public connection is not evidence of an approved route for a pod shipment. Ask the property manager to identify the loading point, freight elevator and permitted component route. Confirm access for the actual building rather than relying on how staff usually enter it.
Separate downtown access from the wider Calgary delivery area
Provide the street address, quadrant, postal code, floor and unit so a downtown project, a Beltline office and a workplace elsewhere in Calgary are assessed for their own receiving arrangements. For Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks or another destination outside Calgary, use that address in the delivery estimate rather than assuming the city route applies. Plan quiet calls separately from team meetings
If the main problem is calls spilling into an open office, compare Solo and Solo Plus before allocating a larger meeting footprint. For two-person conversations, compare Duo and Team; their different shapes can matter more than the shared seat count. Meet accommodates up to four people and Max up to six, depending on furniture. Prepare the receiving and assembly area
The base Max shipment uses two packages, including one measuring 2,650 × 760 × 1,270 mm and another measuring 2,310 × 890 × 1,270 mm. That is a different access check from a single Solo package. Confirm the complete package schedule for the model and options, the elevator capacity and a suitable area for unpacking. Arrange dry, protected receiving conditions and a clear assembly space; an outdoor waiting area is not the pod’s operating environment. Check the final room’s floor, power connection and required clearances with the site team.
