Workplace rest & nap pods · Australia
Rest and nap pods tailored to your workplace.
Make room for a quiet break in a busy working day. We can develop a dedicated rest space around your people, your workplace and the kind of pause you want to offer, with options for the layout, privacy, seating and finish.
What a workplace rest pod can offer
A rest pod gives staff a designated place to step away from the activity of the workplace. Unlike a break area shared with conversations and lunch preparation, an enclosed room can be planned specifically for a quieter pause.
Some organisations want a comfortable seat for a short break; others are exploring an office nap pod with room for reclining furniture. Those are different briefs. We start with the experience you want to offer, then help turn it into a practical space within your building.
Different ways to make space for a break
A room planned for reclining rest
If your brief includes short naps or reclining breaks, we can develop the enclosure around the intended furniture and how the room will be used. The layout and inclusions are tailored to the project.
These are starting ideas. We can develop a different approach around your project.
Comfort starts with how the room will be used
There is no single rest layout that suits every workplace. We can discuss seating, usable floor space, privacy treatment, finishes and integrated lighting, then explore a standard configuration or a bespoke size and layout.
A recliner or lounge can become the starting point for the design. We work through its position and movement alongside access, airflow and the conditions in the surrounding room. You do not need to arrive with a selected chair or a completed specification.
The offer is an enclosed rest space with agreed furniture and options. It is not a medical sleep system or a promise of fatigue recovery; any formal fatigue programme remains part of your organisation’s own planning.
Make the space feel calm and part of your workplace
Customisation can be understated. A considered colour palette, a discreet door decal and a finish that complements the office can make the pod easy to find without making it feel like another meeting room.
Alternatively, a wrap or custom graphic can give your wellbeing area a clear identity. We can develop the balance between branding and privacy with you, including the wording used to identify the room and the amount of glass screening.
An idea is enough to start
Tell us what kind of rest space your team is missing. We can explore the possibilities with you from there.
- Tell us what you have in mind. A conversation, a reference image or an early idea can be the starting point. You do not need a finished specification.
- Explore the options together. We develop the size, layout, privacy, finishes and branding around your priorities, working through the practical details with you.
- Review a tailored proposal. We set out the agreed design, inclusions, custom work, pricing and timing so you can decide how to proceed.

Questions about rest & nap pods
What is the difference between a rest pod and a nap pod?
A rest pod may be planned around a seated quiet break. A nap-pod brief may include reclining furniture and different space or privacy needs. We develop the layout around the experience your workplace wants to offer.
Does a nap pod come with a recliner?
Furniture is agreed as part of the proposal. We can discuss a layout around your preferred recliner or other seating; standard product images do not represent an included sleep package.
Can the size and privacy be tailored?
Yes. We can explore standard and bespoke layouts, glass privacy treatments, finishes and graphics for the project. Available options and the final scope are agreed in your proposal.
Can we talk to you before choosing the furniture?
Absolutely. Tell us what kind of break space you have in mind. We can help develop the layout and options before you finalise the furniture.
What affects an office nap pod’s cost?
The enclosure size, rest furniture, privacy treatment, finishes and delivery requirements influence the price. A seated quiet-break space and a room built around a recliner can have different scopes. We develop the proposal around what you want to offer.
Can a rest pod work within an existing office?
That is a brief we can explore. We consider where the room would sit, how people reach it and the surrounding indoor conditions, then develop a layout and installation proposal for the available space.
